Description
Tsukinoi Brewery started its sake brewing business under the name Matsumaeya more than 150 years ago next to the Naka River in Ibaraki Prefecture, and has been making sake in a way that has been passed down since ancient times. An indispensable toast on the occasion of the fishing boat's departure and return to port, the representative sake "Tsuki no I", still retains the taste that has been loved for many years. Mr. Masayu Kikuchi of Southern Toji, one of Japan's three major Toji families, and his Tibetan team use their skilled skills and the sense of their professionals to create sake that transcends the changes of the times and is widely loved by drinkers.
