Description

Terracotta means pottery. It was used as a container for grape wine cellaring in the ancient Roman period, giving the wine a richer taste. This is one of the styles that the people liked at that time.

The Terracotta series reproduces the appearance and style of the wine body at that time, and hopes to bring the pleasure of wine tasting thousands of years ago to everyone.

Pinot Grigio from northeastern Italy is used for this white wine, which has been cultivated locally for more than 100 years. It is squeezed within an hour after harvest to ensure the juice is the freshest and purest. Fermented in a temperature-controlled tank for 15-17 days, after standing, it undergoes a low temperature stabilization and preliminary filtration process. The liquor and yeast residue are stored together for 40-50 days to obtain a fresh fruity taste and a round texture.

It brings a sweet taste of ripe fruit but won't be too sweet. Thw wine has a pure body and concentrated flavor, with a light almond aroma and apple flavor which is refrehing and long-lasting. It is suitable to be collocated with chicken, fish, and seasonal pasta.
