Product Introduction:
The limited Chiba rice developed using rice produced in Chiba Prefecture combines a very small amount of unfiltered stock liquid extracted from the mash in combination with the traditional brewing method, and is full of layers, pear aroma, 60% polished rice, and the taste is smooth and soft. This sake is fermented for longer than the usual low temperature, and you can enjoy the slightly charcoal acidity that bursts during fermentation, and it is usually only tasted by beer brewers. It is recommended to use a liquor glass with a wine aerator to allow the air to taste the change better.
