with no additives, the scallops remain plump in size even after cooking, without shrinking like other lower quality scallops.
Flavourful and juicy, our scallops can be eaten raw after thawing. These Hokkaido scallops are perfect for sashimi once defrosted, 
showing their excellent quality. Pan searing scallops are a great choice too.
