【HalfSuckling Confit Milk-fed baby pig from Segovia (2500g)】
Product description:
The piglets’ only nutrients are the milk of their mother. Thesuckling pig is slaughtered between the 21st and 28th day and its averageweight is between 4,5 to 8Kg (Only the D.O Segovia). Normally the exportedpiglet is much bigger between 9-15 Kg. That means older piglets that have beenfed on mother’s milk and cereals. This can be observed not only in their weightbut in the color of the piglet and the harsh smell of pig. Segovia, the fleshis not white due to exclusive milk feeding.
How to eat:
1. Put the whole tin in warm water for 10-15mins
2. Remove the suckling pig from tin
3. Pre-heat the oven, Roast at 250°C for 20-25mins
4. Use the remaining duck fat for roasting crispypotatoes
Ingredients: Half Suckling pig, duck fat, salt, black pepper.
